2021 Summer Hours
The Zoo is open extended hours* throughout Prairie Farms Dairy Summer Zoo Weekends!
May 14 – August 15
Sunday through Thursday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
4:30 closing on Thursdays, May 27, June 17, July 15, August 12 for ticketed Night at the Zoo
Friday and Saturday: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
May 28 – 31 (Memorial Day Weekend)
Friday through Monday: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
August 16 – October 14
Daily: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
September 4 – 6 (Labor Day Weekend)
Saturday through Monday: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
*Some exhibits and attractions may open later or close earlier than the posted times.
Zoo Reservations Required to Visit
All Zoo guests, including those attending these summer events, must make a free, timed reservation online in advance to enter the Zoo. Make a reservation up to seven days prior to the date of visit. Daily attendance is limited to help maintain social distancing within the Zoo.
