Stand Up Paddleboarding Comes to Forest Park!

A new amenity is coming to Forest Park: Thanks to Big Muddy Adventures, Park visitors can now rent stand up paddleboards (SUPs) and explore the Park's waterway!

According to their press release: "SUPs provide users everything from an amazing workout to a relaxing hobby, in a non-intimidating, fun manner appealing to all ages. Paddling Post-Dispatch Lake, visitors will likely come across ducks, geese, heron, fish and turtles as they pass by some of Forest Park's most beautiful and historically significant locations like the Grand Basin and Saint Louis Art Museum." 

You can find the SUP rentals on Post-Dispatch Lake just west of the Boathouse on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Rentals are $20/hour, $10 for each additional half hour.
