The Forever Campaign's Formal Launch: Event Recap & Photos

On Friday, October 2, we celebrated the formal launch of Forever: The Campaign for Forest Park's Future with an event at the Emerson Grand Basin. This event allowed us the opportunity to publicly recognize the generosity of everyone who has already contributed to the Forever campaign and celebrate how far we've come toward reaching our goal. We were honored to share that we have so far raised $116.9 million toward the campaign's $130 million goal. These funds will be directed to necessary capital improvement projects and increasing the organization's endowment. More information about the goals of the Forever campaign can be found in this press release.

We were honored to have so many Forest Park supporters and advocates together to celebrate this important initiative for the future of Forest Park. Remarks were delivered by Mayor Francis Slay, Forest Park Forever President and Executive Director Lesley S. Hoffarth, P.E., Forest Park Forever Board Chair Thomas R. Collins, Enterprise Holdings Foundation President Jo Ann Taylor Kindle and Forever Chair John H. Ferring IV

The program closed with the collective viewing of this inspiring video made by Once Films about Forest Park and the Forever campaign:
