Remembering Dakota Pete, a Beloved Member of the Forest Park Mounted Police

A long-serving member of the Forest Park Mounted Police has recently passed away. Dakota Pete, one of the most recognizable horses of the Mounted Police, served in Forest Park beginning in 1995. Dakota retired shortly before his death and will be missed by all those who worked with him.
