Improving the Dual Recreational Path in Forest Park

As you may have seen, work is underway to rebuild and enhance the heavily used recreational Dual Path that circles Forest Park. A grant from the state and federal Recreational Trails Program combined with a generous gift from the Bellwether Foundation have made possible these much-needed upgrades, including completely reconstructing 1.5 miles of the asphalt path (those long stretches along Skinker and Lindell), repairing and filling cracks on the other four miles and re-striping the entire length.
